How Do Custom Orders Work?

Fill out the form below to get started. Please include details like what size, what content, and a deadline. I will reach out within 24 hours to get the process started right away.

After reviewing the inquiry form, I will reach out to confirm and provide a price estimate. The price includes materials, my creative labor, and shipping. I require a 50% down payment of the final price. That way it secures your spot and I can begin working.

Once the downpayment is received, I will begin the creative process. This will involve sketching and planning out the artwork based on your preferences and ideas.

With your approval of the initial sketch, I will proceed to create the final artwork. This is where I will invest the time and effort to bring the commissioned piece to life, adhering to the agreed-upon specifications.

Once the artwork is completed, I will share the finished piece with you for their review. You will have the opportunity to request any minor edits or adjustments if needed. Once you're satisfied with the artwork, I will send an invoice for the remaining 50% payment.

Pleaes note, I will NOT ship the artwork out unless I received the rest of the payment. Once paid, I'll send out the tracking number. If you happen to be in the Boston area, we can arrange a pick up time and location.

Fequently Asked Questions

How do refunds work?

NO REFUNDS except if a proper cause is provided within the sketching phase of the commission. No refunds will be given after the sketching phase. This is because in the sketching phase, I send it over to you to ensure I'm on the right track. I only move on to the painting phase when I get your approval.

How do cancellations?

Cancellations can happen anytime during the process. HOWEVER, if you cancel after the sketch phase, you will not recieve a refund of your down payment.

How long will my request take?

All depends on your due date, but typically 2 weeks. If you need it prior I can try to work with you to get it done before then.

What do you specialize in?

I use acrylic paint and specialize in landscapes, animals, and abstract patterns.

Can you do digital?

Yes I can do a digital painting instead of acrylic on canvas. Just fill in the option when filling the form out.

Is Shipping Included in the Quote?

Yes, when I provide a quote, I consider the shipping.
